RCHS offers its students an outstanding program of interscholastic sports. Every student is encouraged to participate in our athletic program. In 2011, our Girl’s Basketball team won the state championship. In 2005, our Football team, Volleyball team and Girl’s Cross Country team won the region. In 2006, our Girl’s basketball team won the 12th Region, our cheerleaders won Regional competition, Girls’ Track won the region and our Girls’ Indoor track won the State title.

RCHS is a member and is governed by the Kentucky High School Athletic Association so each student/athlete must adhere to KHSAA rules and regulations regarding eligibility; including scholastic requirements, parental consent, and medical approval.
