RCHS students had a great time at the afternoon pep rally, where seniors were honored for their participation in football, band, cheerleading, golf, soccer, and cross-country. Thanks to the Student Council, Cheerleaders, and Band for the cheers, music, and fun.

It was Blitz Day for seniors taking the ACT on October 15!
Seniors taking the ACT participated in workshops for each area of the ACT, reviewing content and test-taking strategies. The workshops were led by Mrs. Morgan Taylor (science), Mrs. Charity Johnson (math), Mr. Joe Cope (English), and Mrs. Kayla Campbell (Reading).

We are thrilled to announce a new initiative designed to make attending school even more rewarding! We understand that showing up to school every day can sometimes be challenging. RCHS would like to celebrate the dedication & commitment to your education!

Club Day is FRIDAY! Many clubs are full, but student members must pick up their agenda sticker before Friday to attend.
Several clubs are still open for membership, so check out the list and get signed up for at least one club this school year!
If a student does have a question about dues, they should speak to that club sponsor individually.
Rockcastle County High School works with multiple community partners to provide items for anyone in need. These items range from food items to clothing to hygiene items.
UNITE Club is currently holding a hygiene product drive to collect products for distribution in Rockcastle County--now through October 4. They will also take donations at the UNITE Bowl on Friday! Any donation earns the student into an entry for a $20 gift card. See the flyer for specific details!
UNITE to help our community!
Our state-recognized UNITE Club has a new sponsor, Ms. Ella Bradley, and she is excited to work with RCHS students and Operation UNITE.
UNITE Club members are involved in developing and conducting activities designed to help make their schools and communities healthy and drug-free, as well as mentoring younger students. UNITE provides multiple community service and leadership opportunites for high school students.
